Mad for Plaid

I've been really into plaids lately, and I'm not quite sure why. It might be that I grew up in the age of Clueless and it really had an effect on me. Or it might be inner prep school girl rearing her head. I got this blazer a week ago at Goodwill and for obvious reasons, I just had to take it home with me.

It's Vintage, Dahling!

I must confess to you guys that I have an obsession with all things vintage. Hair, beauty, clothes. You name it, I want it! I frequently find myself trolling ebay or a thrift store for a nice vintage find (despite the fact that I have more than enough clothes). I'm currently on the hunt for a 60's mod dress. Wish me luck!

One of the most awkward things I've ever done is take pictures of myself in public. Consequently, every time a car drove by, I pretended to be taking pictures of a pair of geese. Now I have fifty two pictures of geese and I think they might be a little angry about having their privacy invaded. Oops.

I think I went a little crazy with the FroYo toppings. 

That thorn bush behind me literally stabbed me in the back just before this picture.

The weather here has been AMAZING this week. My cousins and I went out and tried one of those newfangled frozen yogurt bars....and it was delicious. I don't know if it was just the bright colors, the different flavors, or all the topping choices I had before me, but I loved the FroYo and I fully intend to eat my weight in frozen yogurt go there again.

Afterwards, because my cousins are kooky and weird, we decided to explore a humongous library. And by explore, I do not mean play hide and seek for a full 30 minutes. We are entirely too old and sophisticated for such frivolous things ;)
